Women in Leadership Award : Nicki Hay

We are absolutely thrilled to see Nicki Hay recognised among an exceptional selection of people, projects and initiatives at the recent UDIA Victoria Awards for Excellence lunch.

As a founder and Co-CEO of Core, Nicki has always been a strong believer in recognition and reward for the business and the team and as we prepare to embark on the 10th year of business for Core, this is a fitting and well deserved moment of acknowledgement for her personal efforts.

Nicki is a strong advocate for innovation in our industry, with a people-centric perspective central to her creative and collaborative approach. She’s lead by example in curating a diverse and inclusive workspace at Core, and applied this same thinking in her exploration, creativity and strategic guidance of project outcomes.
