• 749 sales recorded in September, 3 month-on-month increases in a row

• Q3 total was roughly in line with Q2 where we saw a strong NCC pull forward of sales

• We’ve now seen 6 months of improved sales volumes relative to the previous 2 years

• Clyde Precinct recorded a massive 170 sales in September with 2 new projects doing big numbers and the major masterplans all performing well

• Seven of the major projects in the North recorded double digit sales in September.

• GTown – Armstrong Creek just recorded its best quarter sales-wise since Q2 2022!

• First Home Buyer enquiry is up across the board in September by 25%
