October Results Snapshot

Sales volumes across Melbourne and Geelong continued to trend downwards in October with the 713 sales recorded a slight decrease from that recorded in September.

The Ladder (Gross Sales)

In October, the top trading estates were all located in the North and West regions with the north having 3 entrants in the top 5 and the west having 2.

Sales by Region

Sales volumes across the North and West held steady through October whilst volumes in Greater Geelong rebounded somewhat. The median lot price crept up across all regions with the exception of the North.

Estate Market Share by Region

In total 21 estates recorded more than 10 sales in October with 18 of these estates located in either the North or West regions.
