October Results Snapshot

A total of 620 sales were recorded across Melbourne and Geelong in October, a 9% decrease on the number of sales recorded in September.

The Ladder (Gross Sales)

In October the North region was home to the four highest trading projects in Melbourne and Geelong which helped the region to maintain its place atop the gross sales leaderboard.

Sales by Region

The South East region was the only region to record a significant increase in Gross sales in October, with the two largest trading regions the North and the West both recording reductions in sales volumes of approximately 20%.

Estate Market Share by Region

Across Melbourne and Geelong a total of 14 projects recorded ten or more sales in October of which six were located in the North, four were in the located in South East,  three were located in the West and one was located in Greater Geelong
