Sales volumes across the North, West and Greater Geelong regions fell between 10 – 15% over November, in contrast sales volumes across the South East increased by 49%. This increase can be partially attributed to a number of more affordable lots becoming available across the South East with the region’s median sold price down by 8% across the month.

In November, the top trading estates were all located in the North and West with purchasers likely attracted by affordability of these regions.
Sales by Region
Sales volumes across Melbourne and Geelong continued to trend downwards in November with the 698 sales recorded a slight decrease from that recorded in October.

In total, 7 estates recorded more than 20 sales in November up from just 3 estates last month.
