Nicki Hay : Women in Leadership Award Reflections

Late last year, our very own Co-CEO was recognised as UDIA Victoria’s Women in Leadership Award winner.

As a Founder and Director of Core, Nicki’s leadership style and capacity is not new news to us, and we are so proud to see it openly recognised by our industry.

Following the award and in advance of tonight’s National Awards ceremony, we quizzed Nicki on her leadership style and how she feels being recognised.
