March 2024 Results Snapshot

In March there was a total of 704 sales recorded across Melbourne and Geelong, a 19% increase on the number of sales recorded in February. March was just the second month since October 2022 to record more than 700 sales.

The Ladder (Gross Sales) 

The increase in gross sales across Melbourne and Geelong in March was underpinned by the strong performance of a number of large masterplanned communities particularly those located within the North region.

Sales by Region

All regions recorded an increase in gross sales during March. The West with 270 sales was the leader in sales volumes, this was the region’s highest monthly sales total since February 2023.
