ESTATE MANAGER
Responsible for the sales office daily running and sales performance, the Estate Manager role has a heavy focus on clients, sales, referral networks- but also with elements of management.
This role also works with the Project Management team to provide insights on purchaser, price point and product trends.
Key focuses for this role are:
– Experienced in delivering end to end customer experiences to a very high level
– Meeting sales targets and project goals
– Ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of sales reports and commentary
– Present the sales summary in PCG’s
– Accountability for presentation of the sales office and reporting of estate issues
o Ensuring that office is compliant with all required OH&S policies
o Reporting of estate maintenance i.e.. Rubbish dumping and mowing
– Dealing with difficult and escalated clients and issues
– Ensuring that their office is always appropriately resourced on any given day
– Leading builder relationships
o Weekly builder visits and twice weekly builder updates
– Accountable for the sales process within their office
o Application of REX tracks, full and correct data entry & timely lead processing
– Working with PM and APM’s to provide insights and recommendations for upcoming stage releases and strategies
– Providing insights on competitors and their current market activity
