June 2024 Results Snapshot

Sales volumes were well down in June with the 554 sales recorded the lowest monthly total recorded in the last five months. Despite this a total of 2,143 sales were recorded across Q2 2024 marking the first time more than 2,000 sales had been recorded in a quarter since Q3 2022.

The Ladder (Gross Sales) 

In June both the North and South East regions recorded average sales rates above 4 sales per project. The North’s strong result was aided by the strong performance of a number of large projects with the region home to three of the top five trading projects across Melbourne and Geelong.

Sales by Region

Sales volumes were down across the board in June, the South East recorded the most modest decline with sales down just 19% in comparison all other regions saw a reduction of more than 30% from the totals recorded in May.
