July Results Snapshot

A total of 537 sales were recorded across Melbourne and Geelong in July, a 16% decrease compared to the number recorded in June.

The North was home to the two top trading projects this month with each of metropolitan Melbourne’s regions being represented in the top 5.

Sales by Region

Sales volumes were down across all regions in July. The West recorded the most significant increase in median lot price in July which was largely driven by a significant increase in the median lot size.

Estate Market Share by Region

Just three projects recorded more than 15 sales in July down from the six projects which achieved that many sales in June.
