July 2024 Results Snapshot

Following a slow June, July saw an 11% increase, reaching 615 sales across Melbourne and Geelong. 37% of sales in July were titled, leaving 1,730 titled allotments remaining on market at greenfield projects.

The Ladder (Gross Sales)

In July, the North was home to 3 of the top 5 selling projects. Although the average sales rate was lower this month at 3.3 per project, the strong performance of several large projects bolstered the numbers. The South East rounded out the top 5 taking the two remaining places.

Sales by Region

Sales volumes improved in all regions for July except the North. Greater Geelong & the West recorded the largest increases with sales up 48% & 21% respectively.
