Sales bounced back across all regions after the December/January seasonal dip with a total of 976 sales recorded for the month of February.

The slightly shorter month was evident with 473 outstanding contracts carried into March, significantly higher than the two year average of ~300 deposits generally carried into the following month.

New releases across February saw 1,104 new lots added to the market, bringing total stock back to 5,724 lots at the end of the month.

Of these available lots, 29% are titled, a significant reduction from April last year when the titled proportion of available stock sat at 43%.

Returned or back on market stock continues to trend downward at 122 lots this month compared to the 2 year average at 187 per month.

Geelong was a standout region for the month recording it’s highest sales volume since April 2022!
