2024, the recap!

December saw 507 sales, an 11% improvement on the volume seen for the same month in 2023.

Headline insights:

• 44% of lots sold were titled lots
• 168 deposits that will be carried into January
• 379 lots were released onto the market during the month, almost half the volume released in November
• Total stock on market continues to hover just over 5,800 lots

2024 big stats:

• 7,940 sales recorded
• 10% improvement on 2023 total sales volume
• The first half of 2024 saw sales volume uplift attributable to NCC changes but the second half still outperformed the first by 7%
