Sales volumes across Melbourne and Geelong increased in February after the traditional lull over the holiday period, the 620 sales recorded was an 8% increase on that recorded in January.
The Ladder (Gross Sales)
The North and West regions were once again home to the highest performing projects, with the west region and more specifically the Truganina Tarneit subregion home to 4 of the top 5 performing projects in February.
Sales by Region
The West had an impressive month, recording an average of nearly 6 sales per project. This performance resulted in an increase in overall sales volume across Melbourne and Geelong, despite lower sales figures being recorded across both the North and Greater Geelong regions.
Estate Market Share by Region
In February, all regions apart from Greater Geelong had multiple projects which recorded double-digit sales. The West was the only region in which each of their top 5 performing projects managed to achieve more than 10 sales.
