As we embark on a new year, we couldn’t be more delighted to share with you, our wonderful community, a little something that we’ve been working on behind the scenes. At Core, we are unashamedly proud of our business, what we stand for, what we’ve achieved, and most importantly, our people who have helped us get to where we are. As we have grown in recent years, it has become clear that the brand we began with was nearing the end of its lifeline, and the time had come to set us up for the next chapter of our growth. With people, place and purpose at the heart of everything we do, we are proud to introduce: 

Core, Places with Purpose

Where we started was simple. Over the course of the last 6 years, the business of Core has evolved rapidly. Looking back at how far we had come, we felt the time was right to take us into our next chapter. Our goal? To bring the essence of Core alive, through the power of storytelling. We wanted to refine what we do, how we do it, and always be asking the question why?

So who are we? We’re Core – a land advisory, sales and marketing specialist. From selling properties to growing communities, we provide a wide range of services, all with creativity, commitment and care. In everything we do, we want to make a difference.

When it came to picking the team to work with, choosing the right brand partner was key. We chose the team from SeeSaw for our common value of purpose, their incredible vision, their sense of humour, and our mutual appreciation for goodness in all its forms. From the minute we met the team, we knew they were going to be the best partners to work with, as another purpose-driven brand, we just understood each other.

Over the course of many workshops, both in-person and virtually, over many coffees, and many laughs, we have collaboratively developed something that we are immensely proud of. 

So what’s at the heart of Core? The core of something is what matters. At the heart. Always. For us, that something is simple: making a difference. Across all our specialist services on the wide property landscape – from selling land to building communities – we only take on work that will make a positive impact.

Working closely with the Seesaw team, it was clear that we already knew who we are, and what we stand for. Our mission was to simplify this, easy for us to talk about, even easier for people to understand.

Each part of Core is unique and special, so it made sense to us early on that we would create individual identities. Strong on their own, stronger together.

So what are we? 

Land – We build relationships between landowners and developers 

Projects – The driving force behind the successful sale of communities across Victoria 

Property – Our newest service builds on the years of experience we bring to communities. When it comes to selling or leasing properties, our non-typical agents are ready to help. 

Purpose – We’re a culture-driven, purpose-driven organisation. Today we’re also proud to be a certified B-Corp working towards our carbon neutral status, which means we use our business as a force for good. 

Land people. Property people. People people. 

Art, design and collaboration have always run synonymously with who we are and how we work. We wanted to create something that was unique. So when the idea of collaborating with a renowned Melbourne artist was discussed, we knew this is the path we wanted to take. Amanda Dziedzic, a well-known glass artist – with a passion for nature and colour, was the perfect fit for what we envisioned. Four sculptures were created, each one representing a part of our business.

What’s the story behind it? It’s a story about transformation. Sand transforming into the glass. A celebration of raw elements inspired by nature, coming together to create something more. The symbol of Core transforming land, communities, property and people’s lives.

From the beginning, we have set about to challenge the status quo, and do things differently. Accepting that the way that things have always been done isn’t necessarily the best way. Our values are something we take seriously, we embody this in everything we do. It not only defines who we are but also continues to challenge us and keep us moving forward. 

So what do we value?

Connection – Every part of the work we do is about making connections. Land to people. People to land. People to people. 

Community – We work with existing communities. We bring new communities to the market, and the work we do creates new communities 

Creativity – Creativity is how we stand apart. We think differently. We’re not afraid to shake things up. 

Care – We genuinely care. Ours is a business that puts people before profit

This new brand allows us to be who we are and sets us up for where want to go. We are excited to show you the new us, and bring this project to life.
