2022– 2023 The EOFY that was.

The past year has been a rollercoaster ride in the property market, marked by both triumphs and challenges, and filled with surprises (to say the least). Our team has navigated the ever-changing real estate landscape, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.

We have actively maintained partnerships at local, national, and international levels, continuously exploring evolving markets. In June, we toured the United States, focusing on master planned communities that exemplify innovative design solutions. These communities embody the concept of conscious living, emphasising sustainable lifestyles, reduced dependency on personal vehicles, and enhanced social interaction.

Developers are reimagining neighbourhoods based on the principles of a 20-minute neighbourhood, where residents can conveniently access daily necessities within a short 20-minute walk or bike ride from their homes. This progressive approach includes underground waste disposal systems, garage-free homes, and car-free neighbourhoods. These developments are reshaping urban environments, fostering community cohesion, promoting sustainability, and encouraging healthier lifestyles.
