August 2024 Results Snapshot

In August there was a 21% increase in gross sales, with a total of 746 sales recorded across Melbourne and Geelong, the third highest monthly total recorded in 2024 thus far.

All major regions, with the exception of the West, recorded a significant increase in sales in August. The South East recorded the largest increase with sales volumes up 68% from that recorded in July.

The strong performance of a number of large masterplanned communities in both the North and South East contributed to the large increase in sales volumes recorded in August. Across the month both subregions recorded an average sales rate of 6 sales per project.
