2025, what a ride!

Our portfolio and our team grew. We made the most of improving conditions. We delivered strong results. Our people and workplace were recognised and awarded. We continued to use our data, experience and voice to support industry education and advocacy. We expanded our positive impact via our purpose committees with re-certifications across BCorp, Climate Active and Family Friendly, plus the endorsement of our second Reconciliation Action Plan. We made a difference.

As we close out 2025, our eyes have already skipped over the finish line and are firmly fixed on a huge 2026 ahead.

Core Projects will see launches of large-scale masterplan communities, idyllic coastal lifestyle neighbourhoods, and convenient, well-connected infill locations. Core Land is set to deliver 2026’s biggest greenfield land campaigns, reflecting scale, uniqueness and unrivalled strategic opportunity. Core Property is preparing for an exciting unveiling alongside the continued expansion of it’s one-stop-shop service offering. Our teams and clients will continue to be supported by industry-leading data and insight via our ever-evolving GRIP research tool and reporting with some big platform updates to roll out in 2026.

Most importantly, we’ll be continuing to pursue industry-leading outcomes, and doing it with our own brand of purpose.

Core Central will be taking a break from COB today and re-opening on Monday 5th January.
