How we do things

Phase 1
Assist in the acquisition of new sites to fill your pipeline. The Core Land team are specialists in transacting Greenfield land with development potential and maximising its full value, for developer clients.

Providing value research data, and detailed lot analysis to inform your permits.

Phase 3
Appointing and onboarding a marketing company. Upon request Core will produce a briefing document for Creative to submit, along with organising pitching appointments. We can also provide advice on a short list of creative agencies, and can help review submissions and costings.

Phase 4
Helping you build a team of trusted strategic partners from civil contracting and placemaking to funding from the get-go. Cultivating relationships from the beginning to ensure a harmonious experience.

Phase 5
Building a personalised and result-driven sales strategy from deposit through to settlement. Our key role will be to convert the enquiry into sales, minimising deposit and contract fall overs whilst maintaining client relationships throughout their sales journey.
